Job Description

The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, leading, and executing the organization's comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across the Philippines. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment operations for volume hiring, specialized technical recruitment (e.g., IT, Digital Professionals, Software developers, etc.), and support and executive-level hiring.

The VP will lead a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, working in close partnership with business leaders and HR partners to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the TA team to deliver timely and quality hires.
  • Enhance employer brand and candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Use data and insights to optimize recruitment operations and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving large-scale hiring initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
