Job Description :
As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate and knowledge share across the whole Allegis Global Solutions client portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive \'can-do\' attitude and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all attributes that are required for this role. Reporting into the Recruitment Sourcing Team Leader, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies across the client portfolio
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver world-class service
- Maintain positive relationships and act as brand ambassador
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization
- Ability to source creatively from job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Experience in or knowledge of banking and finance sectors is a plus
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be willing to work on dayshift and temp hybrid work arrangement (office is based in Ortigas Pasig area)

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Merkle DACH Philippines
- Support development of TA strategic objectives
- Implement cost-effective recruitment programs in line with corporate TA guidelines
- Conduct thorough pre-screening of prospects
- Maintain accurate TA processes (sourcing, selection, hiring)
- Research recruitment issues and provide recommendations

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- At least 4 years of TA/recruitment experience; IT/technology recruitment is a plus
