Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates 201 files of employees
  • In-charge of processing employee benefits
  • Timekeeping and Payroll computation (weekly and monthly payroll, 13 month pay)
  • Conduct screening interviews and job posting
  • Scheduling of applicants for interview
  • Sourcing of applicants through different job portals
  • Receiving and verifying pre-employment requirements
  • Conduct orientation for the newly hired employees
  • Discussion of evaluations
  • Monitor employee performance and leaves
  • Process benefit claims, SSS and Pag-ibig loans, maternity benefits and etc.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Assist in planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, employee meetings, recognition events, holiday parties, team building and anniversary celebrations.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Submission of reports to DOLE
  • Submission of documents of newly hired employees to Philhealth, SSS, Pagibig
  • Ensures proper documentation of Personnel Movement such as: changes, regularization, termination, resignation and salary increase
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Issuance and posting of memorandum
  • Issuance of ID's and Uniforms
  • Implementation of Disciplinary Actions
  • Preparation of Certificate of Employment and quitclaims.
  • Conduct exit interview.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the Management
