Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role includes both Appointment Setting and Sales Closing, so you may focus on generating leads and scheduling appointments, closing deals, or a combination of both depending on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setter Duties:

  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or social media.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture interest.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Sales Closer Duties:

  • Conduct sales calls and video meetings with qualified leads.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively.
  • Handle objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales closing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, sending follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
