Reconview is a growing provider of mobile surveillance solutions designed for law enforcement, event monitoring, construction sites, smart city applications and more. We serve both government agencies (federal, state, local) and private-sector clients (infrastructure, energy, construction, security integrators). Our equipment features high‐end camera systems, integrated communications, AI analytics and more. We are seeking a forward thinking Inbound Sales Representative to drive our brand strategy, expand our market presence, and position us as the partner of choice across public and private markets.
Role Purpose
The Inbound Sales Representative will serve as one of the first points of engagement for qualified inbound leads (phone calls, email inquiries) from both government and private-sector prospects. This person will qualify those leads ensuring a strong customer experience, accurate qualification, solution-selling, and seamless hand-off to sales management teams. Success will be measured by conversion rate, sales volume, average qualified leads, and customer satisfaction etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Use company databases for customer outreach and lead qualification.
- Qualify inbound prospects to assess fit: client type (government vs private), budget, application (surveillance, event, infrastructure), rental vs purchase, timeline, decision-making authority, procurement/contract process.
- Achieve and exceed individual conversion quotas from inbound lead pool.
- Maintain CRM system with accurate records of all interactions, qualification data, proposal status, follow-up scheduling, and outcome.
- Work closely with sales management to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and market trends etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service: address questions, objections, and concerns from prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously improve process, refine scripts, and contribute ideas for improving conversion rates, customer experience, and revenue per lead.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of sales (preferably inbound or inside sales) experience in a business-to-business environment; experience with government/procurement selling is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate technical and value-based product features to both procurement and technical audiences.
- Strong listening and consultative-selling skills: able to identify customer pain points, ask the right questions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-up tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with targets, quotas, and commission-based incentives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with change; able to handle rejection and follow-through to close.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php550.00 per hour
