Are you an independent and results-driven Recruitment Officer with a passion for managing the entire hiring process from start to finish?
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team.You will play a key role in connecting skilled talent with the businesses that need them.
This is a direct-hire, remote position where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own client relationships and recruitment pipelines, making a meaningful impact on both our clients' growth and candidates' careers.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for the whole hiring process, from understanding a client's needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Australian clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on their hiring strategy.
- Leverage your expertise with various job portals and professional networks to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of active requisitions, prioritizing the quality of hire and long-term success of each placement.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit between candidates and client requirements.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure all hiring processes comply with Australian employment regulations.
- Manage the pre-employment and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
- A proven track record of managing the complete recruitment life cycle independently.
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Expertise in using a variety of job portals, an ATS, and professional platforms like LinkedIn to source talent.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Australian job market.
- You must be a self-starter who can work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
