About the Role

We're building a next-generation Creator House in White Plains, Manila — producing TikTok Shop live-selling, lifestyle content, and ad campaigns for global direct-to-consumer brands in the United States. We're hiring specialist recruiters who already know how to find, screen, and onboard English-fluent on-camera talent that performs naturally for U.S. audiences. You'll focus on discovering creators, actors, and livestream hosts who can film overnight PH time (daytime in the U.S.) and deliver that 'American energy' on camera. If you've previously recruited creators, influencers, live-selling hosts, or spokespeople for U.S. campaigns, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

● Identify and recruit on-camera talent fluent in English and able to deliver American-style performance, tone, and personality.

● Source on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and live-selling platforms (Shoppertainment Live, Kumu, TikTok Shop).

● Conduct first-round screening — video intros or short reels — to evaluate charisma and relatability for U.S. markets.

● Maintain a live roster and pipeline of creators ready for casting or filming.

● Coordinate with our Acting Coach and Creative Director for auditions and test shoots.

● Report progress and conversion metrics weekly through Airtable or ClickUp.

Requirements

● Proven experience recruiting on-camera, influencer, or live-selling talent for U.S. or Western-facing brands.

● Strong ability to assess spoken English quality, charisma, and relatability on video.

● Excellent sourcing and outreach skills across social platforms.

● Familiarity with U.S. time zones and ability to schedule auditions/filming accordingly.

● Organized, independent, and metrics-driven — you work on your own time, deliver measurable results, and communicate clearly in English.
