Summary of Functions:

A. Operations

  • Prepares entry in SAP on daily production prepared by commissary
  • Prepares entry in SAP on Purchase Request of all departments
  • Prepares monitoring report on prices and Updated List of Suppliers/Terms
  • Handles Petty cash fund and prepares liquidation report in excel
  • Ensures that all Petty Cash disbursements are authorized and approved by Restaurant Manager / Business Unit Head

B. Accounting

  • Prepares entry in SAP on liquidation of Cash advances
  • Prepares entry in SAP to pay-off employee charges
  • Prepares SOA on a daily basis per transaction
  • Prepares entry in SAP to recognize payments from charges
  • Other related functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
  • With at least 3 years experience in accounting functions.
  • With analytical skills and is a team player; with technical competence;
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software
