Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking an experienced and well-organized Automotive Sales Coordinator to deliver exceptional support to our strategic automotive customers and field sales team. The successful candidate will become the key point of contact for colleagues and customers alike by ensuring critical customer deliverables are executed accurately and timely. As an Automotive Sales Coordinator you will have the opportunity to be critical team member of a world class sales organization that is focused on building a better future by increasing adoption of our innovative intelligent power and sensing technologies. Performance Objectives

  • Deliver value to the corporation by continuously improving customer satisfaction through responsiveness to critical customer deliverables including but not limited to quoting, sampling, documentation requests, change management, etc.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between field sales and our strategic automotive customers.
  • Be the liaison between field sales, business unit and the various internal support groups including sales operations, corporate pricing, legal, and supply chain.
  • Identify best practices, actively drive process improvements.
  • Proactively build strong trusting relationships with all stakeholders, across departments to enable the success of the sales organization.
  • Lead, support and engage in critical projects as needed.
  • Act as a liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and field sales team to upper management.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide tactical support for Sales and Marketing team.
  • Lead the pursuit of operational excellence through continuous improvement and standardization of support services and tools.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to ensure operational requirements are met for both day-to-day business activities and long-term activities.
  • Work collaboratively with regional counterparts and proactively seek opportunity to support them on business related activities.
  • Provide customer satisfaction in order management to maximize both the company and customer revenue.
  • Run reports using available tools and analyze the data in order to make decision and or identify trends.
  • Closely follow up with internal contacts for order support and work with logistics team to handle urgent shipment and delivery related issues.
  • Drive closure of exceptional requests.
  • Respond to customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Comply with Customer Service business rules, techniques, and protocols
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management and/or any Engineering related course.
  • Knowledge on basic semiconductor processes and terminologies is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on night and rotating shift schedule.
  • Able to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Background on problem solving, analytical, and negotiation skills. Full command of English language both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge in Salesforce CRM tools is an advantage.
