The primary person in-charge of managing customers concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationship, oversees and manages the complete process, from customer orders being placed to the products being delivered to the customer.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report
  • Manage general ledger accuracy, accruals, and provisions to ensure proper cut-off and completeness.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing variance analysis and insights.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Tax Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, withholding, corporate income tax, etc.).
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely compliance.
  • Reconcile tax accounts against statutory filings.
  • Support tax planning initiatives and provide guidance on the tax impact of transactions.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and government authority

Audit & Compliance

  • Lead coordination of annual statutory audits, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
  • Manage responses to audit queries and resolve audit findings on a timely basis.
  • Facilitate internal audit reviews and ensure compliance with group audit requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CFA a plus).
  • 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
  • · Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
