About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., the Finance Supervisor acts as a key financial steward within the organization—ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of financial data. They oversee day-to-day financial operations while supporting long-term profitability and financial sustainability of development projects.

What you'll do

OVERSIGHT & SUPERVISION

  • Overall review of reports submitted by the Finance Officers and Finance Admin Teams. Including reports for submission to Finance Head/VP for Finance and Executive
  • Budget consolidation in coordination with Dept Heads, FOs and PDs
  • Inter-company Coordination
  • Set regular meeting with PDs and FOs to discuss project progress and funding issues/requirements

RFP APPROVAL

  • RFP Checking & Approval for all payment request within area of assignment

BUSINESS PLAN PREPARATION FOR NEW PROJECTS

  • Assist the PD in the preparation of the Business Plan and the initial Cash Flow

CASH FLOW REVIEW & ANALYSIS

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Review & Analysis
  • Propose projections/loan availment based on the project's cash requirements

INTER-PROJECT CASH MANAGEMENT

  • Manage cash requirement of Projects within the area of assignment

LOAN & LINE APPLICATION

  • Responsible for the application of Developmental Loan, Term Loan or Revolving Line.
  • Ensure that the lines will be available/active based on the drawdown schedule indicated on the Cash Flow
  • Coordinate with the different departments to ensure compliance to Bank requirements for loan availment/s
  • Monitor utilization of the lines and act upon on the increase or renewal if necessary.

LOAN MONITORING & SUPERVISION

  • Maintain list of assets/collateral to have an overall picture of collateral that can be subjected to loans.
  • Planning and assignment of assets for loan application in coordination with PD.
  • Provide support to the PD and FO in loan application as needed.
  • Check the consolidated loan monitoring and loan payment schedule to ensure the timely application and payment of loans.
  • Submission of regular and ad hoc reports to banking partners

INVESTMENT AND DIVIDEND

  • Prepare Consolidated Investment & Dividend Schedule/Report Per Area of Operations
  • Monitoring of Investment and Dividend releases

SPECIAL DUTIES & ASSIGNMENTS

  • VAT STUDY
  • Report Templates : continuous improvement of report formats and templates
  • BOI Study, Application & Compliance (Assists PD & Accounting)
  • Facilitate application for AMLA Registration of companies within the area of assignment
  • Assists the Compliance Officers on the due diligence and reportorial requirement related to the implementation of AMLA for Real Estate Developers.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field
  • With at least two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory experience; comfortable managing a team remotely
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage tasks effectively and contribute to team collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of bank loan application and coordination
  • Proficiency in accounts classification, cash management , budgeting, financial analysis and projections
  • Experience on accounting/bookkeeping, computerized systems and bank related transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Willing to travel from time-to-time for regional visits; Davao or Iloilo
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
