Lead SEO Content Writer
—but let's be honest, we're looking for a
Content God
who can turn keywords into conversions. We are a high-growth firm and we need a writer who produces
truly world-class content.

We promise: This is not
a job for generating fluff, basic listicles, or AI-generated BS. We want content that makes Google nod in approval, makes visitors hit the "Contact Us" button, and makes our competitors jealous. If you can deliver the E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) without making it sound like a term paper, you might be our deity.

What You'll Be Doing (Aka, Your Divine Duties):

  • The Commandments of Content:
    Write and edit high-quality, long-form content that delivers genuine, actionable value. No boring prose allowed.
  • SEO Magic:
    Work directly with leadership to weave advanced SEO strategy into every piece, ensuring our content doesn't just rank—it
    dominates.
  • Quality Control:
    Set the bar so high we need a ladder. Rigorously ensure all output is authoritative, engaging, and worthy of human consumption. (We love humans)
  • Leading the Flock:
    Manage and mentor our content team, guiding them on the righteous path of top-tier writing.
  • Data Divination:
    Use analytics to prove your content works, continually sacrificing the weak strategies to the Algorithm Gods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Penmanship of the Gods (Required):
    You must write exceptionally well—clear, compelling, and persuasive. Think Shakespeare meets a highly effective landing page.
  • SEO Superpowers (Highly Desirable):
    A deep, dark knowledge of modern SEO principles. We need you to speak fluent Google.
  • Leadership Aura:
    Proven experience guiding a team to content glory.
  • Brainpower:
    The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and strategize content that supports large business goals.
  • Real Estate Knowledge (A Divine Bonus):
    Knowledge of real estate is great, but we prefer a brilliant writer who can research anything over a mediocre writer who knows the industry.
