to manage and maximize our appointment-setting operation.

This role is for a proven leader who thrives in a "big money, move fast" environment and is obsessed with hitting—and crushing—targets.

The Mission: What You'll Be Building & Leading

You will be the core driver of our outbound sales engine, responsible for the performance and development of our appointment-setting team.

  • Team Management:
    Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of
    10+ Appointment Setters
    dedicated to cold calling real estate agents across the United States.
  • Performance:
    Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (dial volume, contact rates, appointment set rates) to achieve aggressive targets.
  • Training & Coaching:
    Conduct regular training, role-playing, and one-on-one coaching sessions to elevate the team's cold-calling scripts, objection handling, and conversion skills.
  • Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics, implementing rapid adjustments to optimize results.
  • Quality Control:
    Monitor calls to ensure high-quality presentation and accurate lead qualification aligned with ICONS of Real Estate standards.

Your Icon Status Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership:
    Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing an outbound B2B/B2C cold calling or telemarketing team, preferably selling into the US market.
  • Sales Drive:
    A high-energy, results-focused mentality with a track record of driving teams to exceed targets.
  • Real Estate Familiarity (Preferred):
    Experience or familiarity with the US real estate industry and terminology is a major asset.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Highly organized and process-driven, capable of implementing and scaling efficient workflows.
