You'll play a key role supporting our client in Australia in providing exceptional bookkeeping services to their business.

The role needs strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role isexpected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.

You'll need to be pro-active, have a client-focused mind and create and maintain strong and effective relationships with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Reconciling the bank accounts and requesting missing invoices
  • Reviewing the profit and loss and balance sheet for irregularities
  • Prepare payroll on regular basis, including calculating timesheets, and leave entitlement.
  • Assist with BAS/IAS preparation, and superannuation payments
  • Support the accountant with month-end and year-end processes
  • Delivering all the above within the agreed timescales and working towards the bookkeeping

  • Maintain and update all facets of client's accounting records including data entry, manual
  • journal entry, reconciliation of bank, credit card, loan and accounts
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable if necessary
  • Communicate and timely follow‐up of information required
  • Ensure client accounts are always up to date, and accuracy in reporting

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting Technology or
  • anything equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Experience in using Xero, and or MYOB Accounting Software is an advantage but not
  • required
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and execute work with minimum supervision
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location:
Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement:
Onsite during training period, then transition to work from home (WFH)
