In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide administrative and operational support for inventory management, logistics coordination, and organizational updates.
• Assist in data consolidation, reporting, and preparation of planning materials.
• Document updates, changes, and approvals accurately in line with company standards.
• Maintain and update company platforms such as SharePoint, site updates, list management, and document libraries.
• Support workflow automation and simple app updates using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, confidentiality, and information security standards.
• Assist with offboarding activities, including data validation, system updates, and coordination with HR/IT for timely completion.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, operations, or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Microsoft platform tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
