Solutions Resource is expanding, and we are hiring a Business Operations Specialist III (Team Lead) to manage the day-to-day operations of our Philippines office. This role combines responsibilities from office management, business operations, and cross-border coordination. You will work closely with the Management Team and support our teams in the US, Canada, and Japan.

This is a leadership position suited for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving, process improvement, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

PH Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
  • Ensure the office, equipment, and network infrastructure are maintained
  • Handle government compliance, documentation, and operational reporting
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on workforce, onboarding, and internal requests

Business Operations & Team Coordination

  • Support multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and consulting engagements
  • Track employee KPIs, deliverables, onboarding workflows, and performance metrics
  • Assist with recruitment coordination for PH and US staffing needs
  • Lead process improvements and implement better internal systems and workflows

Sales, Marketing & Global Support

  • Assist the Managing Director with proposals, presentations, and client materials
  • Support business development activities across US, Canada, and Japan
  • Maintain CRM records, business data, and client documentation
  • Participate in local networking activities, recruiting events, or industry meetups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–10+ years experience in Business Operations, Office Management, or related roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational issues
  • Experience in tech, consulting, or software development environments is a plus
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting capability
