Job Description
As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll oversee administrative processes, coordinate across teams, and ensure seamless operations every day. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing workflows, managing systems, and enabling frontliners to perform their best through efficiency and organization.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support, service coordination, or administrative operations in a BPO or similar environment
- Hands-on experience in executing SOP-based tasks and managing day-to-day workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills
- Comfortable navigating and working across various systems and tools
- Builds trust and collaborates effectively with frontliners and support teams
- Eager to learn, improve processes, and contribute to continuous operational improvements
Your Daily Tasks
- Execute tasks in accordance with SOPs and ensure compliance
- Manage action registries and track task progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflows
- Provide administrative support to customer-facing roles to optimize their time
- Coordinate resources and resolve blockers to meet deadlines
- Build strong relationships with frontliners, earn trust, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate in refining and enhancing SOPs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Document processes, challenges, and improvements to monitor efficiency and identify opportunities for optimization
