Compensation: $1,500–$2,000/month base + up to $20,000 USD per year in Performance bonuses based on growth milestones
Travel: Paid travel 3-4x per year (U.S. or abroad)

We're building something big. We've got funnel builders, content creators, sales closers, and tech wizards. Now we need you, the person who can amplify it all and grow our brand like wildfire.
THE ROLE: BRAND GROWTH LEADYou're the heartbeat of our brand's online presence — creating, posting, engaging, growing, and managing our digital voice across every major platform.
We're not looking for a manager. We're looking for a doer. Someone who wants to build something that millions of people see. You'll be producing original content, engaging with our growing communities, booking podcast guests, pitching Calvin to speak, and launching creator collabs that blow up the brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Grow Our Audience- Publish 20+ original posts per week (4 per weekday) across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, etc., to move fast and keep quality high
- Repurpose content from across the team and make it work for our platforms
- Manage and engage with our LinkedIn podcast page, Facebook groups, and client communities
- Reply to comments, DMs, shares, and audience feedback
- Keep the conversation going and the energy high
- Book 2+ top-quality podcast guests per month for Business Is F'n Hard
- Get a guest booking on +2 external shows per month
- Pitch with confidence and position us for visibility and impact
- Lead influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaigns using tools like SocialCat, Upfluence, or manual DM hustle
- Source creators, brief them, and manage content delivery
- Align campaigns with funnel and sales team goals
- Regularly audit everything we put out — videos, captions, funnel pages, speaker decks
- Flag anything that's off-brand and help team members improve quality, tone, or visuals
- Maintain evolving brand guidelines
- You've built a real audience before (or helped a founder/brand do it)
- You know what works on each platform and how to speak to creators, founders, and execs
- You love content but also love engagement and growth metrics
- You're comfortable creating fast — AI tools, Canva, Vizard, ChatGPT — no excuses, just results
- You thrive when working with others — but own your lane
- 100K LinkedIn followers
- 1M total followers across all platforms
- 20+ high-quality posts per week
- 5 guest pitches per week
- 2 guest bookings per month (for us + for Calvin)
- 3+ influencer/UGC/affiliate campaigns per quarter
- 5%+ average engagement across key platforms
- Have pitched influencers, booked podcast guests, or ran UGC campaigns before
- Are comfortable jumping on camera or voice to connect with creators or record a reel
- Have worked with EOS, business coaches, or SaaS founders
- Can create memes AND manage analytics dashboards
Requirements
- Must have a professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
- Strong Zoom presence and communication required - English (C1/C2).
- As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be asked to submit an introduction video.
