Qualifications:

  • Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering background
  • Certified TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
  • Knowledge in the various aspects of building maintenance.
  • Can oversee the various aspects of utilities and maintenance.
  • Good leadership skills and time management.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to do different tasks/roles
  • With sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • With strong organizational skills
  • Have good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair air-conditioner, refrigerator, generator set, appliances and equipment
  • Occasional office/admin role
  • Maintenance of various aspects of building utilities. whether electrical, plumbing, sanitary etc.
  • Ensure completion of assigned work on time and on budget
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Making output report

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php10, Php14, per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
