The Role: BPO Recruiter (Volume Hiring) - Onsite

We're building something exciting—and we need a recruiter who's just as driven. As our Seasoned BPO Recruiter, you'll play a key role in scaling our workforce by leading high-volume and ramp hiring efforts for agent-level roles. This is a strategic position ideal for someone with deep BPO recruitment experience, a passion for talent acquisition, and the agility to thrive in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for agent-level and support roles, with a focus on volume and ramp hiring.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to forecast hiring needs and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and local hiring events.
  • Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure quality and speed.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports to track performance and optimize processes.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Other duties as asigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of recruitment experience in a BPO setting; startup or new site ramp experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring for customer service, tech support, or sales accounts is highly preferred.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms like ADP, Workday, Journeyfront and other sourcing tools is desired.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
