About the role

Looking for an organised and customer-focused individual with good teamwork and communication skills to join our team at Hit International Phils., Inc. in our Caloocan office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing customer service and supporting our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and tact
  2. Maintaining accurate records and databases of customer information and sales activities
  3. Assisting with the processing of orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
  4. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and organising deliveries
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient business operations
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the sales administration function

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  5. A team player with a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in office administration or sales administration preferred
