We're looking for a Compliance Officer who will ensure smooth, reliable, and accurate timekeeping and productivity monitoring for our teams. This role plays a critical part in making sure employee records are correct, irregularities are investigated, and management gets the insights they need to drive performance. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive on structure, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

Daily Tasks

  • Monitors and verifies employee attendance, sending updates to clients and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Tracks inactivity, irregular activity, and potential falsification of productivity through compliance monitoring tools.
  • Investigates and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Resolves tickets related to shift changes and other timekeeping concerns.
  • Responds to client requests regarding staff attendance and productivity updates.

Weekly Tasks

  • Reviews and validates Daily Time Records (DTRs) for accuracy in logging work hours, absences, and overtime.
  • Maintains complete and organized employee records for compliance and reporting.
  • Prepares and submits weekly reports on attendance and productivity patterns to management.
  • Identifies and investigates trends or behaviors that may impact performance.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Performs other compliance-related duties as assigned.

What You BringWe're looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with compliance monitoring tools (Teramind, Time Doctor, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to write clear policies and procedures related to attendance and timekeeping.
  • Critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, monitoring, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be amenable to working onsite and on a mid shift.
