We are looking for a passionate and experienced Professional Hospital Representative to join our Team at Mary Roche' Marketing. This full time role is based in Manila Area and play a critical part in supporting our growing business. Professional Hospital Representative job is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, and participating in bidding processes to secure new business. Additionally, conducting field work to meet clients, assess needs, and provide on-site support is a key component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as social media, networking, market research, and field visits

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure     customer satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and field visits

3. Sales Presentations and Bidding

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids to secure new business opportunities

4. Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close deals that meet company objectives

5. Product Demo

Demonstration of product features, capabilities and benefits to show how product works and how it can solve specific problems or meet particular needs

6. Field Work

Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, provide on-site support, and identify upselling opportunities

7. Market Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies

8. Sales Reporting

Regularly update sales pipelines, report on sales performance, and provide insights for future growth

9. Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences

10.  Achieving Sales Targets

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Presentation Skills - Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos

Negotiation Skills - Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales

Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales performance

Time Management - Effective management of time to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets

Adaptability - Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs, market conditions, and sales strategies

Product Knowledge - Strong understanding of the product or service being sold

Bidding and Proposal Preparation - Ability to prepare and submit compelling bids and proposals

Field Work - Ability to work independently in the field, conduct client visits, and provide on-site support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college degree
  • Open for fresh Graduate
  • Have experience as Sales is an advantage
