Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Professional Sales Representative based in Metro Manila, South Luzon, Visayas-Cebu, Northern Mindanao. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Core duties include making sales presentations, understanding customer needs, providing product solutions, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the growth of the company's market presence and assist in expanding its network of each target discipline.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Knowledge in urology and pulmonary procedures and diagnostic imaging is preferred
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and travel to meet clients as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
