Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong client relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals in the Metro Manila area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  • Conduct product presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and training sessions to end-users.
  • Monitor accounts, respond to client inquiries, and provide timely after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in local and national medical conferences, trade shows, and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila.
