Job Overview:
We are hiring a Records Retrieval Specialist to handle the collection of case-related documents. This role involves working with medical facilities, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring that all documentation is processed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete process of retrieving medical records for assigned cases
- Submit authorization requests and maintain communication with medical facilities
- Coordinate any necessary notary services
- Keep-case notes updated and manage documentation records
- Verify the information for each case to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
- Senior High school graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
