We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Generalist
to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on
Compensation & Benefits administration, timekeeping management
, and general HR support. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly, employees are paid accurately and on time, and that our benefits programs are implemented efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    timekeeping and attendance records
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Administer and monitor
    compensation and benefits
    programs including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), health insurance, and other employee perks.
  • Work closely with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure timely and correct payroll processing.
  • Assist in the
    implementation of HR policies
    and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee queries on payroll, timekeeping, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS or manual database, ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
  • Support the HR department in other tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
  • Assist with compliance requirements such as
    BIR 2316
    , DOLE reports, and other labor-related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in HR, preferably with a focus on
    Compensation & Benefits and Timekeeping
    .
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Experience using
    HRIS/timekeeping software
    is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Work Setup: On-site in Cavite or BGC, full-time

Salary: Competitive package with 13th-month pay, depending on experience
