SAP Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a significant area or portfolio with a blend of technical depth and strategic vision.
• Able to shape the future and trajectory of SAP solutions across vast portfolios or segments, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, robust and resilient/risk-managed delivery, all while maintaining budgets and performance metrics.
• Drive decisions that resonate through the organization, ensuring solutions are future-proof and aligned with the evolving needs of the of the business.
• Lead/participate in organic growth initiatives and acquiring new customer logos.
• Contribute on industry eminence and thought leadership through seminars, white papers and patents backed by excellent oral and written communications.
• Identify continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation
• Balance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors
• Execute all deliverables in accordance with company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
• Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 10+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• S/4HANA & RISE implementation experience
• Minimum of 10 years of SAP FICO/Finance/Supply Chain experience
• Industry experience or a lot of work directly with client / business
• Solution integrator profile. Able to coordinate/orchestrate RFP response across multiple lines of businesses (modules)
• Great verbal skills (able to work with CXO preferred)
• Delivery expertise. Need to have experience with SAP delivery to be able to orchestrate SAP delivery team
• Having a solution architect experience in the relevant SAP module is a plus.
• Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related work
• Must have at least 5 full lifecycle SAP FICO/Supply Chain implementations, solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP FICO/Supply Chain modules
• Strong knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO/Supply Chain and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, PM, PS
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Must demonstrate ability to understand clients' business and objectives
• Must have a high-performing, "can-do" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinker
• Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience leading projects for local clients
• Experience in SAP Central Finance, and/or SAP Activate Methodology a big plus
