We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist with proven experience in the construction industry and a strong track record in selling tiles, sanitary ware, kitchenware, and ceiling and wall materials. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional and customer-oriented approach, and the ability to conduct fieldwork and develop client relationships across various industry stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the construction and architectural industries.

-Promote and sell a variety of construction products including tiles, metal framings (e.g., metal furring, ficem boards), sanitary ware, and kitchenware.

-Conduct site assessments and measurements to ensure accuracy in customer orders.

-Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients including hardware partners and showroom walk-ins.

-Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the client and internal teams.

-Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.

-Process orders and assist in payment transactions when necessary.

-Represent the brand in field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and construction project presentations.

-Monitor industry trends and customer needs to recommend new products or services.

-Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project status.
