Role Overview

The Employee Engagement and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing internal communications, coordinating employee recognition efforts, and supporting HR-led initiatives. This role ensures timely and creative delivery of announcements, celebrations, and updates that enhance employee experience and engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Prepare and send Holiday Announcements and Monthly Awareness Blasts (in partnership with Nurse Ruby)
  • Create and distribute Monthly Email Blasts for:
  • Employee Birthdays
  • Employee Anniversaries
  • ZHC Leaders' Actual Birthdays
  • Monitor and send timely updates and reminders for:
  • Typhoons
  • Public Vehicle Strikes
  • Road Closures affecting office access

Creative & Event Support

  • Collaborate with the ER/HR Team and Graphic Artist to design:
  • ZHC Event Materials
  • Mother's Day and Father's Day Surprise Materials
  • Maintain the ZHC Events and HR Activities Photo & Video Library
  • Coordinate Birthday Surprises for ZHC Leaders and HR Team Members

Digital Engagement

  • Update and maintain ZHC's social media platforms:
  • LinkedIn
  • ZHC Hub
  • Project ID

Content Turnover

  • Organize and turn over:
  • Mental Health Materials
  • HR Excellence Awards Videos

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with internal communications tools and social media platforms
  • Collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
