We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team Your role is to contact customers, remind them about their payments, and help arrange payment plans in a professional and respectful way.

What You'll Do

  • Call or message customers with overdue accounts
  • Negotiate payment plans politely and clearly
  • Keep records of collections and payments
  • Work with the team to reach collection goals

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills
  • Confident in talking and negotiating with people
  • Organized and patient
  • Experience in collections or customer service is a plus (but not required)
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
