· Assist the Facility Engineer in preparing reports, technical documents, and assessments related to facilities and operations, including GravyBaby.

· Review and check blueprints, drawings, and layouts for accuracy and compliance with company standards.

· Support facilities inspections and provide suggestions for improvements in maintenance, safety, and design.

· Print and distribute documents as needed.

· Scan and upload documents according to company procedures.

· Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

· Review and update documents for Maintenance, Engineering, and CW.

· Keep personnel updated on new document versions and provide guidance on how to access them.

· Handle and maintain records across various departments.

· Create templates and standard forms for technical documentation and use by other personnel.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive and proprietary documents.

· Establish and maintain record retention timelines to ensure compliance with company policies.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on facilities and technical requirements.

· Ensure timely updates and distribution of revised technical documents to relevant staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Engineer or management.
