Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across a full module suite: ITxM (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM. The focus is on delivering high-quality managed services, ensuring operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals in a large enterprise setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managed Services & Operations: Provide continuous support across all specified ServiceNow modules, including incident resolution, problem management, service request fulfilment, and change management.
  • Platform Maintenance & Enhancement: Design and implement functional enhancements using OOB capabilities and minimal customization. Perform routine platform maintenance, including cloning, patching, and bi-annual upgrades, ensuring system stability.
  • Incident/Service Management: Diagnose and resolve incidents/problems and fulfill service requests using self-service portals and automation tools like Flow Designer.
  • Integration Support: Maintain and troubleshoot critical integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, AD, QMIS) using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive platform adoption through training.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow Module Expertise: Deep expertise in configuration and support across ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM.
  • Scripting & Development: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Integration: Strong knowledge of integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Automation: Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Now Assist (GenAI) for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture, with at least 2 years focused on managed services or support/enhancement.
  • Hands-on Skills: Proven experience with incident/SR resolution, cloning, patching, and upgrades in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity: Experience with integrations involving major enterprise systems (SAP, AD), particularly within the oil & gas or similar industries.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
