Your Day-to-Day

  • Support, configure, and enhance ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities to drive service excellence
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
  • Design, develop, and optimize ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request management)
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow, including workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies
  • Track and analyze KPIs and metrics related to service delivery performance
  • Interpret data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to align on service delivery goals and performance targets
  • Maintain documentation of ITSM processes, performance metrics, and reporting procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Domain Separation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, integrations, and shared services
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Expertise in KPI reporting, dashboarding, and performance analytics
  • Skilled in process documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Robust set of ServiceNow certifications and micro-certifications, including: – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Customer Service Management – Project Portfolio Suite – Micro-certifications in Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, CMDB Health, DevOps, ATF, and more
  • Open to a fixed-term contract, subject to extension

Work Setup

Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
