Job Summary

This role is responsible for the support, enhancement, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across a full module suite: ITxM (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM. The core focus is delivering managed services, including incident resolution, service fulfilment, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement, to ensure operational efficiency in a large enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managed Services Operations: Provide ongoing support, including incident resolution, problem management, service request fulfillment, and change management across all specified ServiceNow modules.
  • Platform Enhancement & Maintenance: Design and implement functional enhancements (workflows, forms, reports) using OOB capabilities and minimal customization. Perform routine maintenance tasks: cloning, patching, and bi-annual upgrades to ensure platform stability.
  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve incidents/problems. Fulfill service requests using self-service portals and automation tools like Flow Designer.
  • Integration: Maintain and troubleshoot critical integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, AD, QMIS) using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and conduct training to drive user adoption.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow Module Expertise: Deep technical expertise in configuration and support across ITxM (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM.
  • Development & Automation: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes). Experienced with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Now Assist (GenAI) for process automation.
  • Integration: Strong knowledge of integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

Key Behavioural Attributes/Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture, with at least 3 years focused on managed services or support/enhancement.
  • Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience in implementing, supporting, and managing the entire platform lifecycle, including incident management, cloning, and major upgrades in an enterprise setting.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience with integrations involving major enterprise systems (SAP, AD) relevant to the oil and gas or similar industries.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
