Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple engineering projects across various SEA markets from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to project engineering teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Regional Coordination: Collaborate with local project managers
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with regional regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and company HSE policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the Engineering Industry handling Regional Projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective engineering strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
