We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager II to join our team in Manila. This intermediate-level role offers the opportunity to manage global projects, collaborate across regions, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a project management center of excellence based in Manila.
  • Collaborate with global teams including internal staff, vendors, and offshore resources.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
  • Maintain risk registers and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support deployment planning, change management, and project readiness.
  • Coordinate end-user testing and training efforts.
  • Communicate project updates and maintain issue logs with resolution tracking.
  • Assist other project managers and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement methods.

Work Setup

  • Location: Makati
  • Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
  • Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PHT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
