Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Commissary Chef with 3–5 years of experience in creating healthy and nutritious dishes tailored for a lifestyle and fitness center. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of health-focused cuisine, food safety standards, and production efficiency in a commissary or central kitchen setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and develop healthy meals, snacks, and menus aligned with fitness and lifestyle goals.
- Manage food preparation, portioning, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, trainers, and management in menu planning.
- Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies, and cost control.
- Innovate new healthy recipes to support the brand's vision.
- Culinary degree or related training (preferred).
- 3–5 years' experience as a chef in commissary kitchens, healthy dining, fitness, or wellness centers.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional cooking, portion control, and dietary restrictions.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
