Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Manager with strong experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably someone whose expertise lies in managing food category sourcing and purchasing. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with proven managerial experience who can ensure cost-efficient and quality-driven procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other food-related supplies.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize cost savings and supply stability.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Culinary teams to forecast needs and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the procurement team to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost analyses for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong background in handling food categories (raw materials, ingredients, packaging, etc.).
  • With managerial experience leading a procurement or purchasing team.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
