Main Duties & Responsibilities: Procurement Manager


• Mentor & lead the team of Procurement to ensure they are reaching their deliverables & required KRA's


• Responsible for systematic sourcing of vendors & procurement of goods


• Negotiates with vendors & evaluate their performance


• Ensures that inspection of deliveries is conducted by end user, warehouse & technical team


• Ensures coordination of import shipments with origin, end user & customs broker's required lead time.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics course or equivalent


• Logistician & practitioner for over 5 years on total supply chain, procurement, freight, logistics, warehouse & transport/fleet management


• Management skills in cost efficiency & principles in sound finance management, due diligence & ethical procurement


• Has led & manage a team to achieve its goals


• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills specially on business formal correspondences


• Performs other tasks as assigned or its equivalent


• Ability to lead the team, strategize, with decision making skills in line with organization's mission, vision and strategic goals.


• Capacity to develop conducive relationships with external & internal customers


• Flexibility & volunteerism, willingness to contribute, assist outside regular office hours


• Collaborates with superior & team to achieve department's goals


• Multi-tasking ability

Work Arrangement: Location: Set up: Makati City, Metro Manila,

PH Work onsite – Monday to Friday

Work from home – Saturday Morning shift
