Administration officer
and play a key role in supporting our operations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with administration tasks.

What We're Looking For:
Key Responsibilities:
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant qualification in administration or business management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle emails and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist in project management and tracking key deliverables.
- Organize travel arrangements and event planning.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Administration role
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of discretion and professionalism
