Admin Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate building with admin for endorsements of work permits, contractor access and visitor passes
- Maintain accurate asset tagging, inventory, and upkeep of company-owned equipment and properties.
- Facilitate vendor and utility applications (internet, landline, postpaid mobile plans)
- Organize filing systems and keep records updated for easy access and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials (brochures, business cards, etc.)
- Support finance by compiling, scanning, and organizing receipts for liquidations
- Assist in HR and other office-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related course (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
