Job Opening: Creative Strategist & Visual Creator (Brand-Focused)
We're looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong visual mindset and proven experience in building and scaling brands through high-performing creative strategies. If you do not have relevant experience in this field, please do not apply. We need someone who understands how to combine data, creativity, and branding from day one.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Conducting in-depth product and audience research on platforms like Amazon, Reddit, TikTok, etc., to build detailed customer personas

Developing creative strategies based on the customer journey and awareness stages (cold, warm, hot)

Coming up with fresh, strategic ideas for creative concepts, angles, and formats that align with the brand identity

Designing high-quality visuals using Canva and other AI-based creative tools (must-have)

Analyzing performance via Meta Ads Manager to identify patterns and scale what works

Staying ahead of current creative trends and understanding why certain content performs

Collaborating closely with the media team to ensure creative direction and ad execution are fully aligned

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in branding, creative strategy, or performance creatives

A strategic thinker with a creative eye and strong understanding of consumer psychology

Skilled in creative research and translating insights into content that connects

Hands-on experience with Canva and AI tools is essential

Ability to analyze ad performance and adjust creative direction accordingly

Ideally, someone who has helped grow other brands through structured creative systems

Ownership mindset: you take full responsibility for your work and results
