We're a UK-based venture studio with 80+ global staff and 12 incredible people on our Philippines team — and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who can help us build and execute a modern ambassador and UGC strategy across multiple product brands.

This is not your typical content calendar role. We're building armies of micro-influencers, testing reels weekly, and turning small creators into conversion machines. You'll manage outreach, guide creators on content direction, and turn ideas into short-form assets we can deploy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and managing a network of UGC creators and micro-influencers across different niches
- Collaborating with outreach VAs to source creators at scale
- Briefing creators and approving content before handoff to editing
- Managing an internal database of ambassador talent by brand
- Overseeing a consistent flow of high-quality content for paid and organic usage
- Creating briefs for reels, testimonial videos, and hook experiments

You're a Good Fit If:
- You've worked in social media management, UGC coordination, or influencer campaigns (1–3 years)
- You understand how creators think and how brands win with storytelling
- You love TikTok, Reels, and short-form content formats
- You can write briefs, give feedback, and spot winning creative patterns
- Bonus if you've worked with eCom brands, supplements, wellness, or beauty
