We're looking for a skilled and reliable Ad Creative Designer with a background in advertising and strong proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and Figma.

About the Role:
You'll collaborate closely with a creative strategist who will provide clear direction, references, and briefs. Your role is to turn those ideas into polished, effective ad creatives for digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.

This is a gig-based position with consistent weekly work. We typically aim to produce 5 to 10 creatives per week, so the ability to manage that volume with reasonable turnaround times is important.

Compensation is hourly, and we value efficiency, communication, and quality.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and Figma
- Solid understanding of advertising and digital marketing
- Able to follow briefs and deliver high-quality assets efficiently
- Strong portfolio of ad creatives
- Responsive and communicative

Nice to Have:
- Experience creating for Meta, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms
- Basic motion design or animation skills (not required)
