Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, direct-response-obsessed Creative Strategist & Director to lead the development of engaging, scroll-stopping ads that drive clicks and conversions.

You'll be responsible for identifying new ad angles, developing creative strategies, and overseeing the production of high-converting video content. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer psychology, performance data, and the nuances of paid social platforms—especially Meta.

You will act as the bridge between creative research, copywriting, and video production—ensuring workflows run efficiently and output aligns with our brand and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Strategy

Research and develop winning ad concepts using platforms like Foreplay and Atria

Craft top-of-funnel video scripts tailored to awareness levels (problem-aware, solution-aware, etc.)

Develop strong hooks, angles, and scroll-stoppers rooted in performance data and customer psychology

Translate ideas into clear, actionable deliverables for editors and writers

Content Oversight

Provide clear, constructive feedback on scripts, visuals, and final edits

Collaborate with video editors to ensure final ads are polished and engaging

Stay ahead of creative trends and incorporate them into strategy

Process & Team Management

Act as a central communicator between editors, writers, and other stakeholders

Ensure creative output aligns with performance goals and timelines

Identify and solve bottlenecks in workflows

Foster a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative team culture

Who You Are

Experienced in ad research and creative strategy, with a portfolio of proven winners

Fluent in the language of direct response—not brand fluff

Skilled at writing copy and scripts that convert

Comfortable leading projects and communicating across creative teams

Quick-moving, feedback-friendly, and laser-focused on performance
