Finance Manager – Reinsurance Brokerage

Location: Lepanto Building (Onsite, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring financial compliance and transparency in a regulated and highly specialized sector. This position requires someone who understands not just accounting, but also how financial data and tax responsibilities intersect with the unique world of reinsurance brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, tailored for reinsurance brokerage operations.
  • Manage tax compliance and filings, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Support the company in financial reporting and revenue recognition tied to brokerage commissions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agencies, and regulators regarding financial matters.

Qualifications

  • CPA (preferred, not needed)
  • At least 4–6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
  • Prior exposure to insurance or reinsurance finance/accounting preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with IFRS/Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
