Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of training programs within our operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our team—particularly our drivers—are equipped with the necessary safety certifications, knowledge, and ongoing development required to perform their roles effectively and in compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training process, including classroom sessions, onboarding, reboarding, certification programs, and performance coaching. They will collaborate closely with training specialists to manage training pipelines, develop and implement training schedules, and monitor training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a training supervisor or leadership role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or safety-focused environments.
  • Proven experience in safety certification training and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle training pipeline reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in module creation and customization is an advantage.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate team members for continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach to people development.
  • Experience with fraud management and quality assurance activities is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Marikina and open to reassignment to other locations based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the facilitation of classroom-based training for new and existing employees, with a focus on safety certification for drivers.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of safety training programs in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise onboarding, reboarding, and revalidation training to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the workforce.
  • Monitor and manage the training pipeline report, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of training activities and progress.
  • Oversee training schedules and trainer assignments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support the development and customization of training modules, including client-provided materials.
  • Lead mitigation strategies for drivers who fail training or evaluations, including coaching and performance improvement plans.
  • Support trainer performance management, including coaching, QA audits, and fraud prevention activities.
  • Work closely with Workforce and Operations teams to align training efforts with business goals.
