About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our bakery commissary. This role ensures that all baked products are produced efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality standards. The Production Supervisor will manage staff, coordinate production schedules, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bakery production staff.
  • Ensure production schedules are met without compromising quality or food safety.
  • Monitor product quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the commissary.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring minimal wastage.
  • Collaborate with management on continuous improvement of processes and workflow.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production output, staff performance, and challenges.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food production or bakery/commissary operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules or extended hours as needed.
