The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the front-of-house operations in a fine dining environment. This position ensures that guests receive exceptional service and that staff adhere to the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism. The Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily service, supervising the service team, resolving guest issues, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
  • Uphold and enforce fine dining service standards, etiquette, and presentation
  • Manage reservations, table assignments, and seating flow to maximize guest experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high levels of performance and professionalism
  • Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are well-informed on menu changes and promotions
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Assist in stock control, ordering of front-of-house supplies, and inventory checks
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and shift reporting
  • Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of the dining area at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and food & beverage handling
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a high-pressure, guest-focused environment
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and POS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Opus, Bridgetowne)
